5. In case we all agree that the best solution is to locate a used replacement part we have an extensive network of car breakers across the world. Many chances are that the part you need can be found in the form of a used spare. Once more, try asking that to an ordinary auto parts dealer.

    

6. Our service is personal: we communicate continuously with you through the process so that you'll know at every step the status of your request.

 

If you need for a replacement part RIGHT NOW we may not be your best choice. But if you are after a difficult-to-source, rare, discontinued or No Longer Available (NLA) part and are willing to wait a reasonable amount of time to obtain it - often at a surprisingly reasonable price - then we are your best bet.

Shipping and Returns

When will my order be shipped?

 

Nearly all the items we sell are special-order: doing so allows us to find the best price at the time your order is placed . This, in turn, means that the items in your order are likely to be shipped from various locations (often Europe). An estimate of the lead time necessary to process your order and ship it to you is provided in the quote we provide following your request.

 

Do you ship outside the United States?

 

Yes. We ship worldwide using a variety of carriers. Please note that our export documentation conforms to United States laws — we do not "mark down" the value of your items, nor will we mark them as a gift. All shipments are shipped from Providence Forge, Virginia. All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are your responsibility in your local country.

 

Do you ship to post office boxes?

 

Yes, but only via our US Postal (Economy) shipping service.

 

How can I track my order?

 

Yes, once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

What if I'd like to change my order after it has been placed?

 

Once an order is placed and your payment is made, it gets processed immediately and cannot usually be changed (this helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible). If you'd like to add items to your order, please call us at 804.557.0106 and we'll try to work something out.

 

Can I ship to an address different from my billing address?

 

Absolutely. When using our check-out feature you are able to enter a separate shipping address.

 

How can I return items?

 

All returns and adjustments must be completed within 30 days of purchase. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/installer to verify the correctness and application of the parts PRIOR to installation. We will do everything reasonable to satisfy you; please contact us via e-mail or phone to discuss the circumstances before returning any parts. Our customer service department will issue a Return Authorization Number which MUST accompany any return in addition to a copy of your original Sales Receipt. Unauthorized returns will not receive credits, and will be returned to you.

 

All returned parts must be in the original packaging and resealable condition.

 

All returns subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.

 

Freight will only be refunded if return is a result of our error.
 

No returns will be accepted on open merchandise and/or installed parts.
 

Products ordered at affordablesupercar.com may only be returned if found to be defective upon receipt. Further, all electrical, hydraulic, precision calibrated, custom cut, wheel bolts, spacers, car covers, tools, and exhaust components are special-order/non returnable items.
